On ordering from Think Pink Cartridges you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Card payments can be made using any of the following methods:
Please note that we do not accept American Express cards. If you are ordering outside of the UK, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.
The price quoted excludes VAT and delivery (unless otherwise stated). Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying at the time of delivery.
No quotation by us will constitute an offer and all quotations are subject to withdrawal without notice. Quotations lapse 30 days after the date of quotation (unless otherwise stated).
You are to pay us in cash or in cleared funds prior to delivery, unless you have an approved credit account.
If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we may:
Suspend or cancel future services
Cancel any discount offered to you
If you have an approved credit account we may withdraw it to reduce your credit limit or bring forward your due date of payment. We may take any of these actions at any time and without notice.
Although we make all reasonable efforts to affect delivery in accordance with prearranged dates, such dates are estimates only. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may (by informing us in writing) cancel the contract, however:
You may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched; and; if you cancel the contract, you can have no further claim against us under that contract.
If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or increase in the price of the goods).
If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of any goods when they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided adequate instructions, we may;
Treat the goods as having been delivered on that day (for the purposes of risk, inspection and payment): and charge you for the storage or redelivery of those goods.
We may deliver the goods in instalment. Each instalment is treated as a separate contract.
You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged, not delivered or incorrectly received; you must inform us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery time. You must retain all packaging and give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods. If you fail to notify using accordance with these requirements, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and will be deemed to have accepted the goods in accordance with the contract.
Charges applicable to delivery (unless otherwise stated in writing) all prices stated are before VAT:
Our standard rate of delivery is £5.95
A re-delivery charge of £10 is applicable on occasions where parcels identified as ‘Failed Delivery’.
Reasons given are the following:
Addressee has gone away
Not called for
Where any of the above reasons is applicable to your order then you will be informed of the failed delivery attempt by email and if required, a request for delivery address or confirmation of delivery details that you originally provided when first placing your order.
Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours from notification, unless Think Pink Cartridges receives alternative instructions.
In the event the delivery address needs to be amended, please contact our Customer Services Team within 48 hours either by Email or by phoning 01935 423594 during our opening hours.
Re-delivery will be charged at the appropriate rate for the original delivery service chosen when the order was placed.
Buying Products on Our Website
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, after you choose your preferred delivery method.
We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may be mispriced. We do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.
Return of Goods/ Faulty Products
You can cancel your contract with Think Pink Cartridges within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods), as per the guidance set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (DSR).
You should inform Think Pink Cartridges in writing by post, or email.
All returns will be subject to a 50% re-stocking charge, unless a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RAN) has been obtained from customer services.
1) CREDIT for this invoice will be given if returns are received within 14 DAYS from the above date, otherwise this invoice will be deemed payable.

4)Please retain your PROOF OF POSTAGE for all returns as it may be required later.
If your order is in transit or you have already taken receipt of it, then to cancel this contract you must complete the Think Pink cartridges Return Form and return the unwanted item/s together with the reference number provided.
You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Please review the Returns Policy detailed below.
The goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods; You will be credited with a full refund within 7 days of notifying Think Pink Cartridges of the cancellation or the return date of the products if already delivered.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods.
Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
We are not held liable to pay any technician fees that have not been supplied by us or our associates unless:
- Stated in writing that we agree that your own technician should look at the fault.
- If there is a fault with a product supplied by us you will be supplied with a suitable replacement and any faulty products must be returned using our Returns Form.
All faulty returned Ink Jet cartridges being posted back to us must have a returns form (supplied by us) within the package, along with any test pages.
Should our products damage your printer then we will arrange a courier to collect and then arrange for your printer to be either fixed or replaced as how we deem appropriate. However if it is found there was no damage to your printer due to our products then the customer will be charged for the courier service and maintenance performed.
When sending the item(s) back the following terms apply;
Items may only be returned after gaining a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) via our Returns Link.
If the wrong Item(s) are returned you will be charged the appropriate fee corresponding with how the item was returned
o £15 for courier collection, £5 for Postal returns.
· If you require wrong item(s) sent back to your business a charge of £10 is payable.
· If the item(s) you have declared faulty comes through testing as either empty, non faulty or damaged you will be liable to pay for any replacements sent at full price.
· If we send replacement items to your business and do not receive the expected faulty goods back within 30 days or they are returned as non faulty, empty or damaged you will be charged for the replacement goods at full price.
Providing your return is confirmed as faulty on testing by our returns team, the return is free of charge, however there will be a charge of up to £10 (depending on the size of the parcel) made to your order if the return is not faulty.
Goods outside 7 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement only.
Unwanted Goods – within 7 days
You can return unwanted goods within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid – you are responsible for return postage cost.
If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-stocking fee*.
Replacements and Refunds
Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.
Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by Think Pink Cartridges for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
*These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions, or the alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.
We are not liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, finical loss, loss of profits or loss of use) arising from the contract or the supply of goods or their use, even if we are negligent.
How to Return
Use our Returns Form to tell us about the product you want to return.

Promotional/Rebate codes are only valid online and need to be entered in the shopping basket to obtain discount.
Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.
Any certificate or voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
Online Contract Formation
By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and are making an offer to purchase goods from Think Pink Cartridges. Our acceptance to your offer will only be considered complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation e-mail or SMS you, or when the goods you ordered are effectively despatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we accept your offer and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed in the despatch confirmation e-mail or SMS and that have not been despatched to you do not form part of the binding contract between you and Think Pink Cartridges.
Think Pink Cartridges will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
